In the year of 2008, TENIO put Green Building into the company core competitiveness.

2009年，中國與新加坡兩國政府戰略性合作項目----中新天津生態城落戶濱海新區以來，天友作為第一批參與中新天津生態城建設的公司，主持了上百萬平米、十幾個項目的設計與實踐工作。
In the year of 2009, Sino-Singapore Tianjin Eco-City project starts, TENIO as the first batch which joining into the eco-city projects, has undertook more than 10 projects design work with more than 1 million m2 of floor area.

2010年經過潛心研究與實踐，天友在“綠色建筑”領域取得科研成果一項、發表論文十幾萬字，獲得專利一項。
In the year of 2010, TENIO has one scientific research achievement in green building field, and we have one patent and publish the paper with more than 10 thousand word.

2011年，受邀出席 UIA“世界建筑師大會”，與來自世界各國的建筑師分享中國的綠色建筑技術。
In the year of 2011, TENIO is invited to participate the (UIA)World Congress of Architects, we share the Chinese green building technology with architects from other countries.

2012年，天友的綠色技術水平與低碳城市的理論研究在國內早已處于領先地位，并獲得政府和客戶的高度認可與項目支持。
In the year of 2012, our green building technology and low carbon city theory is in a domestic leading position, meanwhile we have received the high approval and project support by government and client.
